Releasing imbalances using the Emotion Code, Reiki, Space/Spirit Clearing, Intuitive Healing, Meditation, Coaching and other techniques practiced in these sessions, whether in person or by proxy, is not a substitute for medical care, advice or treatment. It is not intended for providing psychological counselling. Information given to you by EvolvingwithReiki.com is not intended to create a physician-patient relationship, nor should it be considered a replacement for consultation with a healthcare professional. We do not diagnose or recommend treatment. We make no claims as to healing or recovery from any illness.

Guarantee
You understand that although Reiki, Space/Spirit Clearing, Intuitive Healing, Meditation, Coaching and other services offered in these sessions have an incredibly high success rate, we cannot and do not guarantee results since your own personal success depends on many factors that the Energy Healer has no control over, including your willingness and desire to affect the changes within of yourself.

Confidentiality
Your practitioner may discuss aspects of your case with other colleagues keeping your full name and identity completely confidential always unless you have given written permission otherwise.

The only records kept from these sessions are your name, email, phone number (for phone sessions), country and Skype ID as well as your practitioner’s own personal notes to help monitor your current position and progress.

As a professional your practitioner will keep everything discussed confidential. The only time your information must, by law, be shared is when: It is subpoenaed by a court, or Failure to disclose the information would place you and another person at risk; or For supervision and education purposes (basic information only shared in this instance, not names or details that would in any way disclose or identify you, the client); or Your prior approval has been obtained to: provide a written report to another professional or agency. eg. A doctor or a lawyer. Where confidentiality cannot be maintained your practitioner will take all possible steps to inform/discuss this with you.

Participation Terms

We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive experience. Thus, may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments due if you:

Become disruptive or difficult to work with
Fail to follow the session or program guidelines.

I understand my Responsibilities are:

I am in control of my life and claim full responsibility.
Our time together is valuable – I will attend any private sessions or group sessions fully alert and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
I will be open and authentic during sessions so my practitioner can better support me on my health, well-being and personal development journey.
I will do my best to engage in all material in the course and apply the knowledge to my business, and understand that if I do not do this then I will not see any changes.
I will make full payment in advance.
Advise my practitioner at least 24 hours prior to my private session if I cannot attend. This will ensure that your practitioner is not waiting.
I will only say positive comments about the program on social media.
I understand that Mindset is the key to business.
Attend each session with an open mind and be prepared to dive deeply into aspects of myself to expand consciousness and mindset, and deepen healing.
I will NOT share anything from the course with anyone else.
I understand the course material, in all forms, is copyrighted material.
I will thoroughly research my niche to ensure solid foundational knowledge using the strategies provided.
I will act in a respectful manner during the sessions and/or program.
The overall results of the sessions are based on my actions, thoughts, beliefs and attitudes… it’s up to me to realise this and take action accordingly to make the most of each session and the entire program.

I understand my Reiki Teacher’s Responsibilities are:

Use unconditional positive regard, empathy and understanding in each session.
Even though your practitioner is empathetic and intuitive please maintain open communication and let her know if you are feeling unclear with the process.
Ask questions and clarify with you.
Will not guarantee any results.
Will share all relevant knowledge and experiences to support the growth of my expertise and business.
Will terminate the program if you do not pay your fees upfront, attend the session on drugs or alcohol or engage in harassment, abuse or use discrimination during the program in anyway, are convicted of an offense.
Will refer you to suitable professionals when expertise does not match your needs.
Will send you worksheets and activities and check to ensure you are engaging in the material of the program.
Will encourage you to step outside of the box of your personal template to expand your mind.
Support you to learn and engage with Business Online Success Strategies.
Will encourage you to do the video lectures, activities and apply the knowledge in every day life.
Use the power of positivity to ensure your life is expanding and improving to new possibilities and opportunities.

Payments must be made in full before you start the program or have your first session. No payments will be refunded at any time for any reason.

CommunityConnections Foundation is authorised to collect the payment due (in full) by collecting on any/all credit cards or bank transfers that are provided to Santosha and the CommunityConnections Foundation by the client.

Terms of Sale

I agree that all sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
I agree to make all payments in full and on time as outlined above.
I agree that all payments must be made on time as outlined and if payments are not made in time I will be removed immediately from the Program.
I agree that I have fully consented to any payment to the CommunityConnections Foundation for Sessions/Program and that any/all payments are valid and that I have consented to the purchase of the Sessions/Program as outlined in Section 1.
I agree to waive any/all rights to charge-back, dispute or make claims (“disputes”) against any payment made to the CommunityConnections Foundation as being fraudulent, purchased in error, services not delivered, product not received, or any other dispute which claims that any payment is unlawful.
I agree to not initiate any disputes or claims through your credit card company, bank, lending institution, or any other payment provider since I have fully consented to all charges outlines in Section 1 and thus I agree that I may not dispute any payments made to the CommunityConnections Foundation.

Refund Policy

No refunds are available for any reason.

Cancellation
I understand that if I cancel the session, or forget about it, that my investment for this session is non-refundable.
